Consultations are provided free of charge with no obligation. Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and may be subject to change based on final measurements and product selections. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required to initiate custom product orders. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order. All custom window treatments are made to order and are non-refundable once production begins.
Professional installation is performed by trained installers. Installation scheduling is subject to product availability and installer schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Products sold through Oceanside Blinds & Shades are covered by manufacturer warranties. Hunter Douglas products include a lifetime limited warranty. We also stand behind our installation work and will address any installation-related issues at no additional charge.
Oceanside Blinds & Shades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
